Open to all students in grades 5 though 8 who live in Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, or York counties.
Students may submit a factual account, fictional narrative, short story or poem about a person, era or event in history.

Winning entries will recieve:
- a $200 savings bond
